To celebrate their anniversary, Spencer and Alex ventured up Mount Tamalpais with Dustin Cantrell Photography for a romantic photo shoot. The couple looked cozy in their jackets and flannel, and these images are just dripping with love. Just look at their faces when they’re near one another!
