Roberta was an amazing wedding planner! We worked with her to organize a gorgeous wedding in Verona, while living in California. She helped us find a venue, plan vendors and also incorporate different cultural traditions between myself and my husband. Roberta really gave us the wedding of our dreams and we are so grateful!

After Roberta planned my brother-in-law's wedding back in 2019, we knew when we decided to get married in Italy last year that there was only one person we could trust to help us pull off the weekend that we wanted. Professional yet incredibly personable, Roberta brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to everything Italian-wedding-related. We had quite a specific vision of what we wanted - romantic Italian 3 day weekend... with a bit of an Anglo/Scottish twist. Not only were we presented with the best venues, the best caterers, accommodating bar options, but all of the added extras (including a bagpiper...!) that was never too big-an-ask, but made the day even more special. We honestly had the most amazing experience working with Roberta for our wedding & we could not recommend her enough.

Roberta did exactly that. She is a fabulous listener, seeking to understand YOU and help you realise your vision. If you need ideas, she recommends. If you need creativity, she has wonderful ideas. If you need creative ways to cut costs, she can rise to the challenge. If you have certain aspects that you are NOT willing to compromise, she can rise to high standards. I found her incredibly adaptable but also clear and fair when it was necessary. She’s a beautiful combination of lightness, fun and support mixed with boundaries and clarity. I was especially grateful for her clarity when it came to deadlines, budget and options. Finally, Roberta has a gift for her human touch. One of my family members was particularly anxious about the wedding details on the day of the ceremony. Unknown to us, Roberta invited her to take a sneak peak of the magical dinner tables all by herself. It was a sweet gesture that made our family member feel special and reassured that everything was just perfect. This moment was a stroke of genius. And it’s a small but significant way that Roberta worked her magic to make our day the best day of our lives. We would not hesitate to recommend the dear Roberta Pompeo and her team.

Roberta is nothing short of exceptional! We worked together for 2 years and she brought every aspect of our vision to life to make our wedding day feel like a fairytale. Throughout the planning process she assisted us in finding with vendors aligned to our vision and helped coordinate trials when we visited to do our site visit. Her organization, patience, and expertise made the entire planning process so easy - even from so many miles away. Ourselves, and all our guests, were amazed by the coordination to make travel so seamless and for the picture perfect celebrations from the welcome dinner to rehearsal to wedding day. We are so appreciative and thankful to have worked with such a wonderful person who truly is passionate about what she does!
