Best wedding planners in Italy! We worked with Giulia to organise our destination wedding in Tuscany this September. Absolutely perfect! We asked for a rustic vineyard feel for the wedding and Giulia and her team worked their magic. They turned our ideas into an incredible few days at Le Filigare, and took care of every detail. If you want to experience a real-life fairytale then I highly recommend Giulia and her team! Our wedding day was absolutely stunning and more than I could have ever imagined! Our family and friends were in awe at how beautifully and perfectly executed the venue, the catering, the music, the flowers, and every little detail that made our day so special. I found Giulia in 2018 and I knew she was the one to help us achieve our dream wedding. She was the most realistic and straightforward with our budget and timeline. Our initial wedding date was set for June 2020 and we had the opportunity to travel to Florence to personally meet with Giulia and visit the potential wedding venues she recommended for us. Giulia was knowledgeable of each region and what each villa could offer our guests to make their experience worthwhile.  After postponing due to the pandemic, Giulia was proactive in helping us reschedule our vendors and never lost faith that this would one day happen for us. She was steadfast in a time of uncertainty and fast-forward to May 2022, Giulia and her team were by our side on the most memorable day of our lives.  Giulia is willing to work with your ideas and suggestions to curate something special. Giulia was an absolute godsend and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found her to design and coordinate our dream wedding in Tuscany. Not content with just the wedding day, we had Giulia's help with a welcome dinner and post-wedding pool party as well. All three days were executed to perfection and her creativity, guidance, support, and coordination were invaluable as we navigated planning a wedding in a different country while working very busy jobs. Her sense of style is exquisite, her recommendations for vendors were brilliant, her team exceptional, and she may be the most organised person I've ever met. What we valued most from Giulia - and I think what sets her apart - is that while she listened to and accommodated our every request, she would also challenge our ideas if they wouldn't work, and make suggestions or improvements that would work better. Some examples include accommodating guests who would not be used to the heat, and strategically suggesting less potent cocktails to start the day. These are things we hadn't considered but take someone with her depth and breadth of experience to mention. It had long been our dream to get married in Tuscany - something we had spent the endless lockdowns planning - and Giulia brought our dream to life. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend and we couldn't recommend her more highly. Giulia has been by our side for almost two years, due to COVID. In this long period she always had The good advise and she helped us a lot when no one knew exactly what we should do. After two years of calls, emails, last-minute panic messages, Giulia has become much more than our Wedding Planner. She is a professionist in her job, she knows how to say things at the right time and in the right way. Everything was perfect on our wedding day.
