Planning a destination wedding from afar could have easily felt overwhelming, but Lucy made the entire process feel seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. From the very beginning, her communication was incredible — responsive, thoughtful, and always reassuring. She guided us through every detail, ensured we stayed on track using her checklist, and helped coordinate the most amazing vendors. Even on our wedding day, Lucy and her team handled an enormous challenge — a local power outage — with immediate solutions to ensure everything still went perfectly. What surprised us most was how personally invested she became in making our wedding feel like us. Every detail felt intentional, elevated, and beautifully executed. Seeing everything come together throughout our wedding weekend honestly exceeded anything we could have imagined. It was the perfect balance of luxury, fun, warmth, and effortless flow. Our guests are still talking about how incredible the entire weekend was, and we truly could not have done it without Lucy and her team. Don't even know where to start - SOS Wedding Planners were fantastic! From the very beginning when deciding between 2 destinations, they provided guidance and advice that was so helpful and explained no matter which place we choose there was a dedicated local team to help. Throughout the planning process they were doing so much work in the background that took so much stress off my plate & I always felt like they had everything covered. As a destination bride who isn't super detail oriented, and sometimes slow to make decisions - truly don't know what I would have done without them. They helped through every moment of the process, even through inevitable issues (typical minor wedding stuff) they were communicative, helpful and fun to work with. We worked with many of the SOS team members throughout the process and it felt like I had an army behind me to get everything done. I must specifically shout out Michael and Keila, they were AMAZING! Every vendor recommendation was perfect. The actual wedding as beyond my imagination, and they even included some surprises for us on the day of - LOVED! I felt super comfortable that they understood our vision and were able to run with executing, even when we didn't fully know how to accomplish it. I cannot recommend SOS enough. All our friends and family said it was the best and most fun wedding they had ever been to- of course it was! Thank you a million!

Don't know where to begin... SOS Wedding Planners are the BEST. PERIOD! They handled everything to the best of our expectations. THE Process was not easy, but Maggie with her experience and charm made it so easy. This was absolutely the most professional and pleasurable experience ever for our wedding process. Maggie and her team were courteous, kind, patient and performed to the highest standard. We added many features last minute, had unusual requests, took loads of time back and forth and even changed decisions last minute; our wedding ended up being a 250 person destination wedding nearly double in soze and scope. Through it all Maggie was so patient and brought everything full circle to create the wedding of our dreams. Every single guest our our said this was the best wedding or event they had every attended in their lives. Despite the rain showers the event was magical, detail oriented, grand, exciting and full of surprises. Maggie and the SOS team know how to choose the right vendors, talent and people to maximize your special day. Angie the assistant is equally as capable and compassionate and helpful member of the team. From photography, cakes, decor, entertainment, lodging, venues, extras SOS has all the best connections and prices in the area. Without Maggie and her team our special day would not happen the way it did. We are forever grateful for the passion and hardworking staff at SOS. We now consider them like Family because of all the love they put for us, and the fact that they went above and beyond I'm every sense from planning to execution. A++++++ they are the BEST. Hire them, you will not regret. Talented, professional, friendly and perfectionist. What other traits are needed to handle the most important party of your life? Bravo, thanks to SOS.
