Mona, Incorporated, doing business as Junebug Weddings (hereinafter "Junebug Weddings") reserves the right to update these revisions without notice and to remove, change or update any and all content of this site at will.

General Rules: The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Junebug Weddings website, including your viewing, downloading, and submission of information, as well as your use of the information provided. If you do not agree to the following terms please do not use this site.

Junebug Weddings exists to inform, entertain, communicate and educate couples in the Seattle area about wedding planning, fashion, shopping, dining and dating. You should assume that everything you see and read on this site is the property of Junebug Weddings and its affiliates and licensors. You may not publish display, download, modify, reproduce, distribute, re-post, sell, rent, lease or otherwise directly or indirectly commercially exploit any of on the content posted on Junebug Weddings without the prior written permission of Junebug Weddings. However, you may electronically copy information from this site for non-commercial personal use if you include copyright notice for each page that you use.

Submitting Information and Photos to Junebug Weddings

Junebug Weddings welcomes you to share information with us as directed on our Contact Pages. We assume that any information you share is accurate and truthful and that the copyright for all text, images and materials of any kind is your sole property. You must have the permission of the copyright holder to submit any materials in which you are not the sole owner of the copyright and the supply the name/s of the copyright owner when you submit material. You shall be solely liable and responsible for any damages that arise from any infringement of copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights that results from posting, uploading or submission of your content to the site. Photo submissions: Junebug Weddings accepts photo submissions from photographers and brides to be published in our Real Weddings section and throughout the Junebug Weddings website. All photos are subject to the terms and conditions stated in this document. You must be the copyright holder to submit images, or have the written consent of the copyright holder. Images that are posted to the Junebug Weddings website will remain on the website in perpetuity and can be removed only with the consent of the officers of Mona, Inc. DBA Junebug Weddings. It is our intention to provide proper credit for all photos. If you are aware of photos that have missing or incorrect credit, please contact us at contact@junebugweddings.com and our copyright agent will reply. For more information on our copyright policy please refer to the Copyright Section below.

Fashion Report images: Junebug Weddings offer our member photographers opportunities to photograph images for our Fashion Report. Photographers may use the images created for our Fashion Report on their personal websites and in their portfolios only after the images have been published by JunebugWeddings.com. All other uses must be approved and images submitted to other websites or print publications must include the credit "Courtesy of Junebug Weddings."

Notice to Parents

The privacy and protection of children is very important to us. With this in mind, we do not allow children under the age of 16 to submit information to our site. Should we become aware that someone under the age of 16 has supplied information to us, all of that information will be deleted.

Posting Rules and Etiquette

What Junebug Loves:

Our blog, What Junebug Loves, exists to inspire, educate and support our readers and vendor members. Junebug Weddings brings a positive, encouraging voice to the wedding industry. We are dedicated to providing informative, fashionable, fun content and committed to the values of respect and kindness. With that in mind, we reserve the right to remove posts, and to limit or restrict access to our blog at our discretion.

All images, text, graphics, logos, audio clips, subject titles, button icons, and software included on this site are the sole property of Junebug Weddings and its web host. All of this material is subject to U.S and international copyright laws.

If you believe that any of the content or material posted on the Junebug Weddings site constitutes copyright infringement, please forward the following information to contact@JunebugWeddings. Please title your subject "for copyright agent" and include the following information.

1)      A detailed description of the material and location or locations of the work that is claimed to have been infringed.

2)      Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and a request for it to be removed or disabled.

3)      The name, address, telephone number of the complaining party, and their electronic mail address if available, so that our service provider can contact the complaining party

Statute of Limitations: You agree and understand that any claim, lawsuit or cause of action related to or arising from your use of the Junebug Weddings website or any service provided by Junebug Weddings must be filed within one year after such claim, lawsuit or cause of action regardless of any law or statute to the contrary.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions.  Sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement shall be an appropriate state or federal court in located in King County, Washington
