The Wedding:<\/b> 9.19.09 – San Francisco Film Centre<\/a> – Presidio, San Fransisco, California<\/p>\n What adjective best describes your wedding?<\/b> Personal<\/i><\/p>\n What inspired your personal wedding style, and how did you incorporate your style and personalities into your big day?<\/b> Above all, we wanted our wedding to be representative of us and San Francisco. We wanted it to be fun, classic, comfortable, and unique. We were inspired by the architecture and natural landscape of the Presidio, the site of our wedding ceremony and reception. The lush, green grass and billowy palm trees of the area influenced the subtle and classic palm tree theme throughout our wedding stationery. Being both from the East Coast originally, we were drawn to the fact that palm trees, while not indigenous to the Bay Area, thrive here and are a staple in the landscape of our city.<\/i><\/p>\n Looking back, what are the moments, decisions or memories that you love the most about your wedding?<\/b> The red tile roofs of the Mission style buildings coupled with the view of the Golden Gate Bridge inspired us to incorporate shades of orange throughout the wedding in our flowers, table linens, programs and apparel, including, of course, the orange pants of the groom and groomsmen. Wyatt and I both love food and wanted to menu to be special. All of the food included fresh, local ingredients from the Bay Area.
