The most important part in planning was that we wanted to be in the desert. To feel intimate and remote. I found Sunnie (our photographer) searching desert elopements and then once we found the destination it flowed so easily. We don’t even have the words to describe how great our experience with Sunnie was. One thing that stood out was how comfortable she made Michael feel because he usually feels really awkward when getting his photo taken and we really appreciated that. Her eye for catching photos is pure magic.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Since we went with traditional service and vows we wrote intimate letters to one another, that we exchanged and read privately.<\/em><\/p>\n

I didn’t know what colors I wanted, but I fell in love with my dress, which was blush. Everything fell into place around the dress. For Michael, I wanted him in a light color and for everything else I just let them pick. Even my bouquet, I just sent the florist a picture of my dress and told her to do whatever she thought. It turned out that both my sisters dresses matched my bouquet perfectly.<\/em><\/p>\n
