Mekenzie and Seth’s wedding at K & M Barn at Lewis Farm<\/a> was a rustic boho dream come true! The farm, which is owned by the groom’s family, was the ideal backdrop for a day that was as laid-back as the beautiful couple. They set up teepees, laid antique rugs, hung dreamcatchers, and brought in huge floral arrangements designed by Southern Sparkle Wedding and Event Planning<\/a> to create a classically bohemian look. Then they added lots of pretty wood accents for a rustic touch. We really wanted our wedding to reflect our personalities and overall just look like us. So, when it came to planning, it was so important for us to make sure that our wedding was as fun and laid back as we are. I wanted a boho vibe with a little bit of southern charm. The majority of our guests traveled for the big day, so we wanted to make sure that everyone had a great time.<\/em><\/p>\n

Seth<\/span>‘s family owns an absolutely beautiful venue in Tennessee. It was special for us because it is on his family’s farm and we have been lucky to watch it grow and become a huge success. My biggest advice for wedding planning is that first class vendors are an investment and they are 10000% worth it. Planning our wedding was a breeze because we had the most incredible, caring vendors who went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. <\/em><\/p>\n

Kenz’s in love with all things “teepee.” I made one that I used in my proposal so, naturally, we had to have one to take pictures with on the wedding day. My brother built one next to the barn, and she was thrilled with the way the pictures turned out. Score one for Seth!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
