Kelly and Mike’s boho-inspired Alberta wedding at Cochrane RancheHouse<\/a> is proof positive that all good things come to those who wait! After 12 years, this insanely sweet couple tied the knot outside — with a stunning panoramic view of the Canadian Rocky Mountains all around them — and then danced the night away in the venue’s rustic, contemporary indoor space. The couple’s goal was to create a down-to-earth celebration that incorporated their love of bohemian decor, and the planners at Paper Doll Events<\/a> helped them totally nail the look! With a neutral color palette that blended with the moody landscape, the whimsical florals designed by Chickweed Cottage Floral Design<\/a>, and some signature macrame and wicker accents, this wedding had all the elements a truly enchanting and bohemian wedding needs. We seriously can’t get enough of the laid-back yet elegant vibe, the joyful wedding party photos, and the romantic newlywed moments that photographer Erin Fraser<\/a> managed to capture throughout this entire day!<\/p>\n

I have always loved bohemian things. Macrame, big flowers, feathers, and wicker are my jam, so I knew I would incorporate those elements into our wedding! I wanted our overall feel to be down to earth and bohemian. My amazing wedding planners helped bring our overall look and feel together!<\/em><\/p>\n

There are so many emotions before walking down the aisle, but when the doors opened and I walked out I felt so excited. All my nerves and worries about the day just vanished! Seeing Mike<\/span> standing at the end of the aisle gave me this incredible feeling of love and joy. That was the moment we had waited 12 years for!<\/em><\/p>\n

I would highly recommend hiring a wedding planner! I felt like I had so many ideas of what I wanted the day to be like and, thanks to my planner’s guidance, I was able to execute the day to be exactly what I wanted. Also, our wedding planner was there to receive the flowers, talk to vendors, plan times and places that other vendors needed to be the day of the wedding. It took so much stress off of us on the day of the wedding! I was able to enjoy the morning with my bridesmaids and family and didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about the small details.<\/em><\/p>\n
