Bridget and Andrew’s Save the Date had a picture of a giraffe on it, only because they both found it incredibly amusing. Little did they know that their entire wedding theme would explode from there. Amanda Jaffe of Love Me Do Photography<\/a> captured all the very best details of the giraffe themed celebration, including a Ginger Giraffe custom cocktail, brass giraffes as table decor, and best of all a 5-foot-tall stuffed giraffe as a photo booth prop. Bridget and Andrew wanted the entire day to be inclusive and comfortable for their diverse group of friends and family, and the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center<\/a> was the perfect amount of both cozy and comfortable.<\/p>\n

Our original venue (an old factory) actually went out of business shortly after we booked it. We wound up having to scramble to find a replacement but honestly we couldn’t imagine having been married anywhere else. The Horticulture Center was a cozy oasis on the crisp November evening.<\/em><\/p>\n

It wasn’t any one specific moment but what we still think back on today was the pervasive joy and amazing energy that emanated from all around us throughout the day. The feeling of being surrounded by the people that you love most in the world (who all happen to be in a celebratory mood) isn’t something we’ll ever forget!<\/em><\/p>\n

We really wanted to have a celebration that was inclusive and comfortable for our diverse group of friends and family. It was the first time we were bringing many of these people together and didn’t want folks feeling left out. We worked hard to add elements that would speak to different preferences (vegetarian, oldies vs pop, dancers vs talkers etc.) so that everyone could be part of the party!<\/em><\/p>\n
