Kirsten and Tom’s intimate wedding day began with a quirky pre-wedding session in one of Vancouver’s coolest antique stores, Salmagundi West<\/a>. BAKEPHOTOGRAPHY<\/a> captured the playful couple absolutely bursting with excitement to say “I do” in front of their closest loved ones. The small ceremony took place at Heritage Hall<\/a> where the couple exchanged personal vows filled with little surprises for each other.<\/p>\n

We were going for a slightly retro look with lots of natural touches. We had a pretty fun wedding with music provided by our friends and cool succulent plant centrepieces. It was a bit of a creative chaos which suited us perfectly.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Moments:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Probably our vows was my favourite moment because neither of us knew what the other was going to say, and it was a total surprise. I<\/span> realized I had forgotten my vows at home and had to “wing it,” while Tom<\/span> was prepared but full of surprises. Both totally on point with how we do life.<\/em><\/p>\n
