Mollie and Matt’s navy and pink wedding is the burst of color you need on this blustery Tuesday. Their classic celebration was held at the Waverley Country Club<\/a> in Portland. The Inspiration:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

We knew one other thing from the very beginning of the wedding planning – we wanted our wedding to be FUN. If our guests left saying that they had a great time, then we succeeded. We also knew that we wanted everything – decor, food, music – to be a direct reflection of us. The navy and white stripe\/coral combo that ran throughout fit with our style. Crisp and clean, while being playful and fun. And, it complemented the preppy feel of the club. As for the food, we wanted food that we like to eat so we decided on a slider bar with a variety of salads and mac & cheese to complement. <\/em><\/p>\n

The evening began with a very personal ceremony, with all music chosen by Matt<\/span> and I because it meant a lot to us. And then we were married by one of our best friends, in presence of all our favorite people. The ceremony led into a cocktail hour and dinner, followed by the most epic dance party we can remember. It really was the best night ever and I will never forget having so much fun with all of the people we love the most in the world. The day could not have been more perfect.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Moments:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

My favorite moment of the wedding was standing at the top of the aisle with my dad, looking down and seeing Matt<\/span>, and then looking around and seeing all of our favorite people in the world. Words can’t express how awesome it was to have all of our family and best friends in one place to help us celebrate.<\/em><\/p>\n
