Erica and Blake’s Vancouver, BC wedding was photographed by Dallas Kolotylo Photography<\/a>, whose dramatic composition always blows me away. The Goals: <\/b>That everybody had fun and it was memorable for us!<\/i><\/p>\n

The Design: <\/b>We wanted our wedding to be relaxed but romantic. It was quick, lighthearted, but personalized to Blake and I in that every word meant something to us. The cocktail hour was followed by 3 course dinner, lots of drinks, dancing, and fireworks – all with not to much structure to the night. With the decor details we wanted it to not feel overdone; just a few hints of Blake and I.<\/i><\/p>\n

The Moments: <\/b>My favorite moment of the day was walking back down the aisle as husband and wife. Close second was walking down the aisle with my dad. The most romantic moments were watching the fireworks, kissing as husband and wife, and having so many special people in one room helping us celebrate.<\/i><\/p>\n

The Photographer: <\/b>We were looking for a photographer who was calm, cool, and collected – and obviously talented. In the end, Dallas and Sabrina<\/a> exceeded all our expectations with a more editorial feel – much like Blake and I. We wanted someone to capture our day rather than have a bunch of forced poses. They understood us and delivered exactly what we wanted.<\/i><\/p>\n

The Advice: <\/b>Don’t get stuck on the small stuff – in the end its all about the love.<\/i><\/p>\n
