What were the top three priorities for you in planning your wedding?<\/b> We wanted our wedding to be simple, elegant and personal. <\/i><\/p>\n

What wedding traditions or cultural traditions did you incorporated into your wedding and what did they mean to you?<\/b> We were married in a church to honor our spiritual upbringings. And we did the chicken dance! <\/i><\/p>\n

Were there any places where you broke the rules in your wedding planning? Why and how did you do that?<\/b> We did everything on our own terms and timelines. <\/i><\/p>\n

What was your biggest wedding planning success?<\/b> Meeting the ladies at La Fleur Vintage<\/a>. They took all of my ideas and brought them to life. <\/i><\/p>\n

What was the most important thing that you learned through the wedding planning process and what would you tell other brides-to-be?<\/b> Laugh! My husband’s favorite memory of the wedding week was the day before the wedding when we went to pick up his tuxedo. He tried it on and the tie looked like it was made for a kid. Brian was scared I would freak out, but I started laughing like crazy. It broke the stress and reminded us that this wedding was about our friendship. Don’t take it too seriously; things will go wrong but no one will notice. <\/i><\/p>\n
