Chef and caterer extraordinaire, Lisa Dupar of Dupar & Co.<\/a>, is known far and wide for her incredibly delectable foods, so I’m excited to share a few holiday cocktail recipes today from Lisa and her Pomegranate Bistro<\/a> restaurant manager Seth Hammond. These are perfect for New Year’s Eve, as winter wedding signature cocktails, or to extend that celebratory holiday feeling just a little farther into January!<\/p>\n

Lisa shares one of her favorite holiday cocktails, the Pama Royale, from her cookbook, Fried Chicken & Champagne<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Pama Royale<\/b>
\n5 ounces Crémant, Champagne, or other sparkling wine
\n1 ounce Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
\nSplash of simple syrup<\/p>\n

Garnish:
\n3 pomegranate seeds
\norange twist<\/p>\n

Fill a Champagne flute with Crémant, Pama Liqueur, and simple syrup. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and orange twist.<\/p>\n

Seth Hammond, the restaurant manager at Pomegranate Bistro<\/a> shares some decadent hot wintery drinks for you to try at home!<\/p>\n

Spiked NW Cider<\/b>
\n1\/2 oz orange curacao
\n1.5oz Captain Morgans Rum
\nHot apple cider
\nCinnamon stick for garnish
\n(10-12 oz. Mug)<\/p>\n

Snuggler<\/b>
\n1oz Godiva
\n1oz Rumpleminze
\nHot chocolate
\n(10-12 oz. Mug, whipped cream)<\/p>\n

Caribbean Mocha<\/b>
\n2 oz Meyers rum
\n½ oz chocolate sauce
\n½ oz caramel sauce
\nHOT coffee
\n(Large 10-12 oz mug, top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles)<\/p>\n
