Hey there! we are Rob & Lori, destination wedding and couples photographers from Costa Rica that fell in love with the little details love managed to give us. Since 2016 we have been shooting weddings and for us, to be able to tell real stories with our photographs is to be doing the greatest work ever.
We are laid back people, we hate drama and awkward situations, we movie marathons and we also like to watch series like GOT (but not the last season, that one sucks!!), Breaking Bad, Peaky Blinders, Mind Hunters, Dark (if you haven't watched this one DO IT!) and so many more, we also love all those furry animals, Lori is more a cat lover but Rob is more a dog lover, the thing is that we actually have a little dog that is actually smaller than a cat and she hates cats, to be honest, she doesn't even realize she is a dog and not a human.... so, there is a little problem.
We work for couples who appreciated and value the importance of their memories, brides, and grooms who are not scared of being real and want to enjoy their day to the max not worrying if the dress or hair is perfect, we look for genuine and authentic couples that open their hearts to their beloved ones.
As photographers, we are constantly inspired by the stories that have taken place in our lives. We know this crazy world it's all about stories and it will be awesome to tell part of yours, all the beauty and drama of life, all the characters and all details are right there for us to capture them with our cameras. Isn't it great?? We love to make images that reflect how you felt, how you are together, your dynamic, your humor sense, your hugs, intimacy and all the beautiful craziness of real love.
We also want to get to know you and that you feel comfortable, relaxed and confident about our work, when this happens we are more than sure that we can accomplish the best work ever and deliver you great memories.

We loved working with Rob and Lori! We had a great pre-event call to make sure they knew what we were hoping they would capture about the day and to get to know us a bit before the big day! The day of, they were super organized and fun, and helped us every step of the way (posing, where to be, etc.). It was like hanging with friends, which in turn led to amazing pictures! I loved how comfortable they made us feel in front of the camera, and how they played our favorite songs in our 1-on-1 sessions to help us relax! There was a lot going on that day, and they helped us appreciate each little moment really well.

I initially chose Raw Shoots for their style of photography. I was inspired by the moody, yet warm and contrasting images. I knew we also needed experienced and structured wedding photographers to ensure all my ideas came to life. The team of Raw Shoots was perfect. They made us all feel comfortable and captured some great real moments between us as a couple and our guests.

We absolutely loved working with you!! You all were great at giving us just enough direction so that we were able to keep moving on our schedule and get great shots of everyone. You captured the entire weekend so beautifully, with rich color and vibrancy that reflected the entire event. We want to do it again!

Everything was top notch. They arrived on time and were so professional. Both Rob and Lori zoomed around and did their thing while we could enjoy our day! They were absolutely incredible at making us feel so comfortable and we honestly had the best time on our big day! They allowed us to just enjoy being just married and we didn't have to worry for one second about getting the 'best' shot. They were so fast at giving us our pictures back and our pictures are way better then we ever could have imagined!! Rob & Lori are so talented and absolutely amazing people!! We couldn't have asked for better photographers.
