Dramatic, lush, gorgeous, lively, colorful… the list could go on and on when describing Vaneeta and Noah’s amazing wedding. Ryan Flynn Photography captured the day in his always fresh and modern style and as you’ll soon see, each photo is a complete stand-alone beauty. Enjoy feasting on this delicious eye-candy!
Junebug: What three adjectives best describe your wedding?
Vaneeta and Noah: Colorful, fun, and dramatic! We loved the rich, dramatic effect the deep shades of maroon and gold provided.
Junebug: What inspired your personal wedding style, and how did you incorporate your style and personalities into your big day?
Vaneeta and Noah: This wedding was mostly a Hindu ceremony, but Noah is part Jewish. So we incorporated some of his traditions such as smashing the glass and going up in the chairs at the reception. It was a really nice blend of cultures.
We wanted to keep things simple by going with an easy color palette that would work well with a traditional indian wedding. Maroon, gold, and cream were perfect. Our decorator was also our florist so it everything came together easily. Pinterest also made my life so much easier! Once we had the final look for elements like the centerpieces and bouquets I just created a board for it and sent that to the decorator. Also the favors were definitely a reflection of our personalities. I like to cook and Noah likes to eat, so each table was named a dish that we both enjoy. Guests at that table took home recipe cards for that dish.
Junebug: Looking back, what are the moments, decisions or memories that you love the most about your wedding?
Vaneeta and Noah: We loved looking out into the room and seeing all the people we cared about under one roof! It was such a nice way to celebrate our big day. Also, the full out BRAWL for the grooms shoes was hard to forget. I think people who were unaware of the tradition were taken aback a bit…but it was pretty hilarious and entertaining to watch.
Junebug: What specifically drew you to Ryan Flynn and his imagery?
Vaneeta and Noah: Just by looking at Ryans work, you can see he is immensely talented! Each wedding he has captured looked very unique to the couple, which we really liked We also happened to have a few friends who worked with him in the past and spoke so highly of him. Noah and I could not be happier with our photos. He did such a great job capturing the colors, excitement, and joy of that day. Our guests also loved the photobooth he set up. He had a clicker so folks could take their own pictures. Lots of fun moments were captured there.
