This week's Real Wedding, held at Southern California's stunning Resort at Pelican Hill, is one of those perfectly classic and elegant affairs that will never go out of style. Photographed by Jasmine Star, Michele and Emin's wedding was filled with traditional details - and a few splashes of the unique - that we are simply delighted to share with you!

The Goals: The most important wedding planning goal for Michele and Emin, was to be sure that they created a wedding day filled with rich ambiance and incredible experiences for their guests. To do that this gorgeous couple set out to plan a sophisticated wedding that would bring together all of their friends and family for an unforgettable celebration.
The Design: Inspired by classic themes, Michele chose a wedding color palette of ivory, black and deep red for their decor. An abundance of candles and red and white roses were placed throughout the venue, with black linens and decorative accents added to complete the look. In a standout touch, red and black couches were arranged to create an intimate outdoor lounge seating area.
Down to the last detail, even the wedding cake followed the couple's color scheme. Simple and fresh, their three-tiered round wedding cake alternated between layers of marble cake, and layers filled with fresh strawberries. Guests received another sweet treat as well, taking home favors of French macaroons from The Resort at Pelican Hill, in the dramatic colors of the wedding.

The Look: Michele looked graceful and timeless in her wedding gown by Jenny Lee Bridal, accessorized with a long veil and jeweled headband. Emin looked equally handsome in a suit from Mission Tux Shop. The bridesmaids wore simple black dresses with fun ruffled skirts from White House Black Market.

The Moments: After a touching ceremony overlooking the ocean in Pelican Hill's Italian rotunda, the celebration moved indoors to one of the resort's many ballrooms. There, the entire crowd was treated to a memorable belly-dancing performance by dancers in brightly colored costumes. When it was time for everyone to dance, the delighted bride was lifted up onto the groomsmen's shoulders during a spirited dance to traditional Turkish music.
After a fun-filled day and night of celebrating, Michele and Emin returned to their private villa to relax and reflect on their perfect day. Congratulations you two!
