At a very young age I became cognizant of the fact that time goes by quickly. The closeness of my family created a desire in me to somehow capture the small moments in life that passed by every day. As a child I had a penchant for painting and drawing, but when my father gave me a camera at age 12, I suddenly discovered a way to combine my love of art and the love for my family into one: photography. I studied film and UCSB and in turn, my photography transformed into a much more cinematic, storytelling style. After working in the film industry for seven years, I was asked to shoot a wedding for a friend. Once I discovered what a joyful, fulfilling and amazing experience that was, I decided to start my own wedding photography business. I couldn’t believe there was a job that existed that allowed me to explore the extent of my creativity and document such meaningful moments for people in love. I am grateful every day that I have been given this gift.
